Therapeutic Full Body Massage – 1 hour $40
A standard relaxation massage using Swedish, acupressure and muscle release techniques. Works the back, legs, feet, arms, hands, neck, shoulders and head/face. *

Therapeutic Partial Body Massage – 30 min $25
Same as the full body massage but will focus on one or two parts of the body based on client needs. *

Aromatherapy Massage – add $5
Add the use of essential oils and essential oil blends to any massage treatment. Each session is customized personally to you.

3-Part Intensive Body Balancing Series
Using a blend of Myoskeletal and Myofascial Release techniques, the Body Balancing Series will help eliminate imbalance and strain patterns in the body before chronic pain sets in. Most muscular injuries don’t happen out –of-the-blue but rather are set-up by strain patterns that occur with overuse, abuse or poor posture.

Most sessions will last between an hour and an hour and a half, with weekly assessments of progress.

§ Week 1 – Balancing the Pelvis.

§ Week 2 – Spine and Neck.

§ Week 3 – Lining up the Extremities.

Body Balancing Sessions are $60 each or pre-pay all 3 for $150.

Salt Scrub Body Glow Treatment – Dead sea and epsom salts combine with natural oils to create a full body skin treatment that gently exfoliates, than richly moisterizes to create healthy, smooth and glowing skin. Customization with essential oils is standard.

Body Glow Only Session 30 min. $35 - For busy days when you can't afford the time for a full body massage but still want the benefit from regular skin exfoliation.

Add to a Full Body Massage - 60 min. add $25 - For those who want not only the therapeutic benefits of a full body massage, but the skin care excellence of the body glow treatment. One of the best values and a favorite since being introduced in November.

Rain-Drop Therapy Sessions- A variety of several essential oils and essential oil blends are expertly folded into the feet and applied along the back to promote spinal health, muscle relaxation and overall well-being.

Rain Drop Therapy Only Session - 40 min. $45 Enjoy just the Rain Drop Therapy session for days when you are busy and just need a quick pick-me-up.

Add on to Full Body Massage - 75 min. $65 Add the Rain Drop Therapy session to a full body massage and increase your relaxation and therapeutic benefit.

Body Butter Skin Softening Treatment - All-natural, hydrating ingrediants like shea butter, aloe vera gel and Vit. E will quench dry, winter skin providing elasticity and moisture for all skin types.

Hand and Foot Massage Treatment - 15 min. $20
Add hand and foot treatment to a full body massage - $10
Add full body moisturizing to a full body massage - $25
